Fox Field Farm has always been about connection — between people, animals, families, and the community around us. From lessons and camps to pony parties, 4-H, and unforgettable memories, the farm has become home to generations of riders and animal lovers.

A Farm Built by Generations
Fox Field Farm is more than a riding facility.
It is a place where children gain confidence, families gather, friendships are built, and animals are loved deeply.
The property’s roots trace back through generations of horse lovers, educators, and community members who believe a farm and the nature that surrounds it should always feel welcoming.
Over time, Fox Field Farm has become known for its summer camps, pony parties, riding programs, educational experiences, FFA and 4-H involvement, mobile menagerie visits, and the kind of personal connections that stay with people long after they leave.
For many families, the farm has become part of their own story.
Rising from the Ashes: Fox Field Farm Benefit
On January 30th, our lives changed in an instant when a devastating fire claimed the main barn at Fox Field Farm. While the loss of our historic structure and equipment was profound, our commitment to our animals, our students, and our community remains unshakable.
We are touched by the outpouring of love we have received, and we are officially inviting you to join us for a Fundraising Benefit to help us rebuild and bring our operations back home.
Event Details
- When: Saturday, June 27th | 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM EST
- Where: Irish American Community Center 9 Venice Place, East Haven, CT 06512
- What to Expect: Great food, a cash bar, exciting raffles, and a silent auction.

Fox Field Farm loves Rent The Chicken! Rent The Chicken, through Farmer Joe's Gardens, delivers hands-on hatching and backyard chicken-keeping experiences to schools, clubs, camps, libraries, and families across Connecticut. These turnkey rentals make it easy to bring real-life animal care and STEM learning directly to your classroom or community group.
Fox Field Farm is proud to share information about the Rent the Chicken® and Hatch the Chicken® programs as Taylor is part of the Farmer Joe's Gardens team. All rentals in Connecticut are provided exclusively by Farmer Joe’s Gardens (DBA Rent the Chicken) — the official national partner and service provider for these programs.
